Nicolas Gebeili is an independent project manager and construction advisor supporting owners, developers, architects and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Owner-side execution planning and site coordination for mixed-use residential developments in the Île-de-France region, on behalf of Bouygues Immobilier and Cogedim. On the largest of these, coordinated the planning of interior and exterior works — including landscaping and the water retention basin — across six developers on a single 326-apartment lot.
Delivered facilities across France and opened the Kifisia sales center in Athens, Greece — including ground-up construction and refurbishment of existing sites, gaining hands-on experience with steel-structure buildings while leading CAPEX estimation, planning creation, bidding and negotiation, contractor selection and management, snagging, and delivery to the operating team.
Led the opening of the Bonneuil-sur-Marne hub, the Rue Édouard VII studio in Paris, and the Duisburg service center in Germany — following every phase from drawings and bidding through execution, with internal coordination across Security, IT, Parts and Service departments.
Managed the renovation of flagship stores in Paris while trading, alongside major roof waterproofing repairs and a full HVAC system change in Meudon-la-Forêt — coordinating contractors around live retail operations.
